How To Throw A Memorable Bachelor Party

By Tamika Quinn

When one is chosen as the best man, it goes to follow that he becomes responsible in planning and coordinating the vegas bachelor party. Some men may find this task stressful and daunting, especially when he is not accustomed to it. However, there is no need to be afraid of. The celebration may be simplistic like celebrating the night with the best buddies around or more elaborate. Either way, all that needs to be done is preparing a sound plan. If necessary, it is best to plan contingencies ahead, too.

In order to set everything in place, you must decide what you are going to put up. Proper planning reduces the risks of spending more money than what is necessary. When setting out the plan, take in the personalities and interests of the prospective guests and the groom-to-be. Avoid activities that may be offensive to some attendees. More importantly, keep safe so as not to cause a smirch on the upcoming marriage.

Choose a date. Most people may think outright that the night before the wedding is the best time to throw a gentleman's party. This is not entirely true. Although most guests may have been in town by then, the groom must be all-prepared for the next day's ceremony. Moreover, it is best to devote this time to finalize everything for the wedding rather than partying.

Now that you zeroed in on a date, you can choose an activity to do. While strippers and boozes have become synonymous with a gentleman's party, it is not exclusive. Instead of putting the groom to a final test, it is best to savor this moment as a night for buddies. After the wedding, most of the groom's time would be dedicated to his family more than to his friends. Take this night to do paintball, go fishing, golfing, snow skiing or snowboarding. You can also attend an MMA match, boxing or any other sporting events.

Based on your selected activity, choose the best location. A strip club may be included in the list, but do not limit yourself with it. Try a casino, a restaurant or the favorite bar of the groom-to-be. End the night at a rented hotel room or penthouse. Better yet, crash into a buddy's pad that is spacious enough to accommodate everyone.

Prepare the guest list. Keep in mind that a bachelor's party is an exception of the rule, the more the merrier. Anything can happen within the night. Hence, it is best to limit the guests to an exclusive group of friends. Whatever happened during the night must never be discussed in a mixed company.

Keep a budget-friendly party. Think about the financial capacity of the other guests as well. It would be a shame if some of the groom's friends would not be able to make it because it is out of their means. Choose a fun and yet affordable activity for the group.

Now that you have the bigger picture, it is high time to get into details. Delve into specific details to make sure you do not miss anything. Set everything in place to ensure successful outcome of the event. This can prevent complications from arising, too.

As a final note, be imaginative. Do not restrain yourself with the usual vegas bachelor party most people are throwing. Think of ways to surprise the groom. Just make sure to consider the safety of everyone involved. Do not do anything insanely dangerous. You are looking for fun, not mishaps.
