Be At The Front Of Trends With Wedding Cinematography

By Elinor Tran

There is the old adage that brides get to feel like princesses the day of their weddings and, indeed, there is an element of royalty to even the simplest ceremony. What most people don't talk about until after they've had their big day, is how difficult it is to remember the details and it seems like it all passed by in a blur. Atlanta wedding cinematography creates a specific type of memory so that you can relive your big day with all of the details that you may have missed.

If you're thinking that you won't need something like this, take a moment and talk to some of your friends that have gotten married. They'll all fall into the cliche and tell you that the day was a whirlwind, they were engaged in being social butterflies all day, they barely had time to eat, and photos are the only things they have to really remember some of the fine details.

No other day offers you the chance to star in the movie of your life like getting married. The glamor of this day isn't limited to just the dress and decor, you are engaging in a ceremony that has been a part of human culture for hundreds, if not, thousands of years. Being able to experience it in a more tactile way through video is a truly unique experience.

While it's not a traditional home movie, it is also completely different from the cliched montages of drunken well-wishing by attendants. No, you can create something truly unique that captures all of the prep work of the day, the ceremony, and the reception in one seamless take.

Do some research and find portfolios that you can look at - just like with a photographer, you really can't get a sense of what they're able to do unless you see the breath and scope of their talent. You'll most likely be amazed at how different and versatile their styles are, depending on the ceremonies that they're recording.

Of course, you can have a music video, or you can create a collage of images that interweave music with dialogue. It's really up to you and the talented cinematographer that you choose. The best artists bring their own vision to the table and it's best if you look through an agency's portfolio in the same way that you would if you were choosing a straight picture photographer. Capturing your wedding day is one of the most important things that you can do, considering that you will most likely rush through the day in a blur.
